How to Renew a Customs Broker's Professional ID?

Things you need to bring:
2 pcs passport size photo with nametag white background
photocopy of your recent PRC id back to back
photocopy of certificate of good standing from CCBI

Here's how you renew your professional identification card:

1st step: Go to the Information Counter and ask for a form (online registration form). Tell him you're here for renewal. Fill it up. Then paste your photo in the form.

2nd step: Drop the other photo in Window 2. Just leave it there. The assigned person will scanned it.

3rd  step: Bring your accomplished form to Window 12. Wait for your name to be called.

4th step: Once your name is called, double-check the entries indicated in it. If there are no more changes proceed to Cashier.

5th step: Pay P450.

6th step: After seven (7) working days, you may now claim your renewed identification card.

Easy, isn't it?
